Front & Rear GoPro foil board mounts

Holding a GoPro stick while winging is a nightmare - it just gets in the way the whole time and takes your concentration of your foiling technique when you need it the most. Having just tried a rear mounted GoPro pole on my prone and wing foil boards with reasonable success I decided to try mounting it on the front of my Axis Froth (4'6" x 55ltrs) for a wingfoil session to see how it went...

I haven't found one available to buy that meets the requirements needed to film foiling so all of my gopro stocks are home made 🤣

Yes foiling with a selfi stick is such a pain, it not only harder to start but also it ruins the balance having a 3m stick in one hand

What did you use to mount to the board?

I used screws to secure the pole directly onto the footstrap inserts

Have you tried a backpack type mount? That's what www.youtube.com/@Wing-Tips seems to use.
