ಯವ್ವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿಗುರಿದ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯೊಂದು ಬದುಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಸ ಅಲೆಯೊಂದನ್ನು ತರುತ್ತದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಆ ಪ್ರೀತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸಿದ ಹುಡುಗ ನಡು ನೀರಿನಲ್ಲೆ ಕೈ ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಹೋದಾಗ ಜೀವನವೇ ಮುಗಿದಂತಹ ಅನುಭವ. ಇದರಿಂದ 'Depression' ಗೆ ಒಳಗಾದ ಯುವತಿ, ಕೊನೆಗೆ ಪರಿವಾರದ ಸಹಾಯದಿಂದ ಎಲ್ಲವನ್ನೂ ಮೆಟ್ಟಿ ನಿಂತು, ಅವರ ಇಚ್ಚೆಯಂತೆ ಮದುವೆಯನ್ನೂ ಆಗುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ ಒಂದು ಮಗು ಆದ ನಂತರ ಅದೂ ಕೂಡ ಮುರಿದು ಬೀಳುತ್ತದೆ. ಇಷ್ಟೆಲ್ಲಾ ಕಷ್ಟಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಭವಿಸಿ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಎನಾದರೂ ಸಾಧಿಸಲೆಬೇಕು ಎಂಬ ಹಠದಿಂದ ಮತ್ತೆ ಎದ್ದು ನಿಲ್ಲುತ್ತಾರೆ, ಮಗಳಿಗೆ 'single parent' ಆಗಿ fashion ಉದ್ಯಮದಲ್ಲಿ, Fitness ಉದ್ಯಮದಲ್ಲಿ, ಹಾಗೂ ಸಮಾಜ ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂದು ಯಶಸ್ವಿ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದು 'ಸೀಮಾ ನಾಯ್ಡು' ಎಂಬ ಧೀರ ಸಾಧಕಿಯ ಕಥೆ. ಇವರ ಕಥೆಯನ್ನು 'ಜೋಶ್ Talks' ಈ ಸಂಚಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಪಡಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ.
