    1 of the BEST things about your videos is that u keep the mistakes/ accidents in it n not edit it out.... BUT show what was done wrong...
    Keep it like that its Realer n Much Appreciated ...

    Another great vid. I love that you show things don't always go as planned, but if you don't panic, you can handle it. Thanks! 👍🏽👍🏽

    I just received my brother pe800! I’ve been watching some of your videos. These new machines are great. I originally learned years ago to embroidery with a regular sewing machine on zigzag, 0 settings, adjusted tension, & darning foot. You had to guide it all with your hands on the edges of the hoop. Doable, it has it’s advantages but these new machines are easier & I will be embroidery much more often. You are giving me the confidence to get started as soon as my materials arrive I start practicing the skills you are teaching me. I like that you do not edit out the mistakes. They show me what to do when it happens & not to panic. Thank you,

    Love the video, can you please show us how you apply it to the garment? Thank you

    • @adubbproductions
      @adubbproductions  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I have other videos embroidering directly to garments. Some garments are made out of cloth. This material is cloth. You apply it the same exact way providing that your material is the same that I used. I don’t know what garment you might be using. Your material could be thicker or thinner or a different fabric. There is no one size fits all answer. Generally if your fabric is thin use spray on adhesive with cut away stabilizer. If it’s really thin you should not embroider on it. If it’s thicker you can use cut away stabilizer without the adhesive spray.

    I would say take a sacrifice shirt if your going to embroider on a shirt and test it out on that. It would be the same fabric and you would know how to set it.

    • @adubbproductions
      @adubbproductions  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That’s true. In your case you should do that. I have over 120 demonstration videos on my channel. Using a shirt every-time would be an absolute waste.

    • @canvasappareljamel4471
      @canvasappareljamel4471 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@adubbproductions you miss understood me. I didntvsay use a shirt everytime, if your your stitching out in a 4x4 hoop you would take your shirt that's messed up cut it a piece off and you would still have more shirt left to test on.

      I am a digitizer and embroiderer. If your starting in embroidery where ever you bought you machine will sell and support a line of stabilizer. You will learn and start from there. Everyone develops their own way of stabilizing. Allen uses a spray temporary adhesive. I never use any sprays. Yet we both will end up with very similar looking projects when we are done. You take a thin fabric or a knit fabric and you add 8,000 stitches in 2.5 x 2.5 inches you are going to effect the fabric your stitching on. Mostly I use Floriani stabilizer. When I make patches I use a glue backing by a company “ Colman and company”. Floriani make a digitizing program called Total Control. In that program will help you pick your stabilizer and they have complete classes online as part of their support. When I am doing a stitch out just to check the patter I use thin fabric and puckers mean nothing. I am Jennings the stitches. It is more then what stabilizer with what fabric. Is the design open like this one. Is the design all stitches, how much underlay is put into the design even did you wash the fabric 1 or 2 times before you stitch on it. All these things matter. Sometime I use an iron on material that because the fabric is to sheer. Some stabilizer will handle 8k stitches but add a second layer and you can stitch 20k stitches oh by the way the second layer of stabilizer needs to be rotated 45 degrees from the first. It’s very hard to address stabilizers in these videos. When you get a machine that’s where you start from the store you buy it at. If they don’t have classes buy the machine else where. Happy to answer questions if you send them to me

    • @adubbproductions

      I store my threads in a plastic thread holder and put spool savers on them so the thread doesn’t unravel and go all over the place. Here is my Amazon affiliate link if you’d like to get sine spool savers. Spool savers amzn.to/2pQbBbK

    Quick question how do you get rid of unnecessary stitches (jump stitches) and have a clean stitching path. I have a similar logo with the olive branches and all my stitches (same color) are moving all over the place instead of having a simple path and outlining perfectly like yours created. How can I fix this please help me. PS I use pe design 10 as well.

    • @adubbproductions
      @adubbproductions  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      There could be a number of reasons why your stitches might be moving. The first thing that comes to mind is that your fabric might now be stabilized properly.. their could also be to mich pull compensation in your design, it could also be in the digitizing. There could be a number of reasons why your image isn’t stitching out properly.

    • @adubbproductions
      @adubbproductions  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Ive been using a lot of different software for over 25 years. The interfaces are pretty similar and alot of the commands are the same. From music creation programs, graphic design programs, to video editing programs the software interfaces sometime look and perform similarly. I honestly just open up software and start pushing the buttons until i figure it out in most cases. Pe-design came with a pdf manual so I printed that out and that helped a lot.
