From my understanding of the Wun-Dar He-Man... Mattel was tasked with designing toys for the Conan the Barbarian series and they made the well known He-Man body. And i believe that they produced a lot of Conan figures. But when Mattel realized that Conan was a killer and the comics were really graphic, they decided to scrap the whole project since it went against their family friendly vibe. So they decided to reuse the body mold for their new He-Man toy line and repurpose the molds. But since they already made the Conan figures with the darker colors and brown hair, they decided to put some armor on him and call him Wun-Dar and use him for pack-ins or whatever its called with Wonder Bread. They did this to get rid of the Conan figures and not get sued lol at least thats how my understanding of that story goes
Thanks, all I see is sadness about MOTU Classics and Filmation stuff. Good memories. The articulation on these figures is good. He-Man doesn't do anything too crazy and how many of us pose our figure like crazy. If it was Spider-Man then I could see it, but not He-Man.

Hi, could you please tell me which of these according to you are the top 3 choices based on plastic quality and sculpting. I ask this as you have all of them and because I saw in one of the comparison videos (MOTUC vs Masterverse) on YT that there’s a difference in feel and weight . I intend to have one of them so I have to be sure of making the right choice 😊 Thanks.
Great Collection. MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE is my number 1 Toyline. I like the Vintage Figures from the 80s the most, I got some on Card is well. ;-) Which are your favorite Figures???
Also I hate that prince Adam doesn’t just come with the silver one, and that he doesn’t have a loop on his back (adora) to sheathe it, like the cartoon
An interview with the designers from a few years ago showed that Adams prototype DID have the sword holder. However the piece fell off/was misplaced by Mattel before production and was never included. I ended up making one for my Adam. I can post it on IG if you like?
I wondered where everybody was getting some of those swords.. also on another note, how come all of the loose anti-eternia he-man only come with the one sword? What is everyone doing with the other power sword??
Wow, this collection is a wallet destroyer! Really cool action figures and accesories. What a pity in early 2k's I was not into collecting this kind of figures, I was a great fan of MOTU in the '80s.
@@dannyjones3689 They will most likely be based on the She-Ra cartoon that's on Netflix in an attempt to get kids that watch the show into the toy line.
Hayden's action figures are pretty cool but I hate to burst your bubble and everybody else is on that so-called King He-Man if you and everybody else Watch the cartoon that one is actually King Grayskull
Please educate yourself before making stupid comments. King He-Man and King Grayskull are two different characters/figures. A simple Google search would have shown you that.

I got my loose Anti Etheria He-Man from a Chinese seller. I assume he was a factory worker selling incomplete figures. 🤷🏻♂️
