    Of all the videos I’ve watched yours is the most informative and straight forward, I’ll be picking up a transit t260 on Wednesday and I’ll be fitting up lecky in the back and this video has helped explain what to get and do, top marks and subbed, ps I have that floor in my kitchen 😁

    So... where does the power from thr leisure battery go? Do you add a fuse panel where you csn then hook up soen USB ports etc?
    Does it need an inverter?

    Hi. I’ve just fitted a similar unit. The light for me doesn’t go out without disconnecting it. Does this mean both batteries are above the minimum etc. Also the actual box gets warm, not hot just the light heat, I suspect. Another one...if the leisure battery has more charge than the main battery, will energy go to the main battery through this process? Thanks in advance

    How long did your relay take to cut out? I've just installed this in our t4 and the relay cuts in when I started the van, but I've turned the van off and left it for up to 30 min without the relay cutting off. Should I leave it for longer or is this perhaps a faulty relay? Cheers

    • @meatmanifesto
      @meatmanifesto  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It can take a while as the voltage needs to drop below a certain level, I wouldn't worry too much maybe use some power to get the voltage to drop

    • @Jaydizzler1
      @Jaydizzler1 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Cheers. I took a reading and the relay doesn’t cut out until it drops to 12.6 so this would explain the long delay.

    • @stevec5922
      @stevec5922 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Read on the comments of another video that if this happens you can just switch the headlights on for a few seconds to cause a brief, big draw on the starter battery to make the voltage drop enough to switch the relay off.
