That's a very valid concern but I still personally feel that in India, TH-cam is still at a growing stage and provided you can be YOURSELF and share something unique or the same things in your own unique style, you should be okay. And yes, gear does matter if you want to take it full time and seriously, but just to judge youor interest level on TH-cam, starting with phone is more than enough :)
