It’s my 18th birthday tday I’ve been so depressed since 16 I’m over a month in the gym off only on Sundays I will become the best version of myself and conquer my life and never quit !!!
I was diagnosed with a type of schizophrenia when i was in my late 20's. I have been fighting ever since and am now 40. I have had major relapses where I've almost lost everything. Last 2022-2023 have been the hardest years. I am picking up the pieces again. I lost people I loved and good friends along the way However, I am much better now than ever before and I am grateful for the chance to live again. Don't get me wrong, life is painful and people will judge you but keep going on those positive habits and your life will change for the better. Thank you for these videos. They help me a lot!!!!

Friends betrayed Me and Family Members but God is always by my side and I know now that I also have to ignore fakers and focus on the Path that God has laid down for me or for anyone going through hardship.
