Our best sweet potato harvest

It’s time to harvest our 2024 sweet potatoes. This year we planted a 3ft x 8ft bed, and it did not disappoint!

What variety? Looks like Beauregard or Covington

They are Covington. That grow really well here in Southern Virginia.
