Nice relaxing music.. nice calm voice.. you can keep your omega 6 inflammation oils I’ll stick with olive oil.. humans have been consuming olive oil for 20,000 years.. this oil is only 100 years old
@@dodieuwallaceb3263 noooooo canola oil has tooo much omega 6.. saturated fats are healthy and we evolved with it.. unsatisfied fats and omega 6 are not natural.. the human species haven’t evolved to consume these oil.. these oils can’t be absorb in our bodies.. it costs our cells and inflames our bodies..
Anybody eat it. It tastes like cabbage. I had some wild flower seeds last year for the bees and these all popped up. I have kept the seeds to grow as a vegetable this year 😊
I understand that it is used as a pesticide. Yes, there is rapeseed which is grown also for pesticided and weed killer. Just have to search further. Why it causes harm to the body.
Paula Oyedele There’s plenty of clues. Not sure where to start. Have a look at some talks by Chris Knobbe. Look at the re analyses of data from the Minnesota coronary study from the 60’s - 70’s done in 2013. Look at papers on Linoleic acid and it’s detrimental metabolic effects when in excess. Look at the fact that these kinds of oils did not exist in the diet of humans for our entire evolution until the 20th century. There’s way more but start there. You should find references to studies while doing that and piece it together. You won’t find authorities pointing it out in a hurry though. All there though start with that. Good luck.
Excellent as a motor lubricant
I switched to lard and butter and my knees stopped hurting.

Impress to Indians. .ooo1 percent knows about canola.
Those darn Canadians gifted to us Americans canola oil which is basically a slow poison. I thought they were our friends!
Omega-6 is pro inflammatory. Canola is high on it.
I will tell you #10... it is a slow poison.
This video is a joke. Read up on the extraction process, high heat, solvents and deodorization process & the toxic oil you’re consuming.
The oil Mafia talking don't believe a word ...use butter, water or coconut or olive oil....but don't eat any other processed oil just cold pressed .
Can you eat the young leaves?
It is healthy to avoid it
Fats as with every other thing the poison is in the dose. Canola is a perfectly good dietary fat.

Memories of taking the Grey hound bus to visit my grandmother from Calgary to Winnipeg vast fields of canola.
One thing we know : The worst oil
Check out what Super Evolutions has to say about Canola oil
Lol narrator used the phrase "round up ready canola" without hint of satire or mirth.
you all might find this interesting, here in Newfoundland, canola was tested to see if it was a viable crop and guess what, it is!
In Jamaica wild cabbage is recommended healthier than the cabbage and I love the taste..😅😅
I knew most of this and use Canola to cook... but the part about the bees... that. is. GREAT!
its toxic and pro inflammatory
Great video. It’s a pretty common crop here in Central Ontario too.

This is Canadian propaganda; read up on the history of this oil and you will never use it again.
GMO bullshit
The only oil I can trust is olive oil and Canada should import it with billions to keep its population healthy
Propaganda.
