On the reason for people killing leopard geckos, Leo’s are believed to be bad luck and indicative of an evil spirit (or something close to this) in a lot of countries they are endemic to. Consequently, locals often kill them to prevent bad luck/evil spirits. Quite the bummer
As Anacondas are my favourite type of snake I love that we discovered a new one, and hope that they will get all the same love that the Greens and Yellows do sooner rather than later.
