Indoor craft fair booth ideas - craft show display shelves

  • Sharing our 7 foot tall grid wall display with everyone who wanted to know how to put it together for their own craft fair booth. Hopefully this helps out everyone on how we do our craft fair display!

    I like this. I was going to use tables but vertical space seemed like a smarter idea.

    Brilliant! I'm looking at getting different set up this year. Last year I used acrylic stands and the wire cubes. Wire cubes not fun for setting up and the stands scratched easily. Plan b for this season needless to say.

    I think to transport looks easy but correct me if I am wrong but this might take long time to set up

      Setting up a booth varies in time. For a small booth with simple items, it can take 40 minutes. Larger booths or ones with more complex displays can take up to 4 hours. Some may take even longer if they have a lot of items and want everything perfectly organized. The grid wall portion of the booth, in a space under 10x10 feet takes us 20-30 mins or under. When we both set up together it can take us as little as 15 mins. 😀

      Great ideas. I have gridwalls with legs, but they’re so flimsy. Where did you buy yours?
