At 4:29 you have magically removed the nut at the back of the water pipe, but HOW?? I’ve been trying for 3 hours to get something on that darned thing!
That is possible as well. Whenever I did an engine replacement that was the initial method I used but did it this way to show it is also possible without a lift.

Move the water pipe to the right and use a deep socket to remove the starter bolts
