Fellow toons, welcome to my channel! Today, you see me fight the Plutocrat, one of the 16 new manager cogs added in Toontown: Corporate Clash's 1.3 update. The Plutocrat boss can be fought after reaching the level 9 rank up task on the Kudos board in The Brrrgh.
