I remember childhood days in 90s Mumbai..sitafal was cheap like candies selling near our schools it was literally a unknown wild fruit of Maharashtra untill it became custard apple
Where we find the seeds or grafted plants ? And give more details how to cultivate like watering and fertilization for this plants .

Custard apple is not Indian origin, but the plant grows well and fruits. Also, most of it is grown from cutting and grafted media. Could you please research on authentic Indian/Asian plants that yields well enough to sustain the climate and economy. Thanks

@@FarmingEngineer Of cource. I have 6 trees of custard apple in my garden. I relish this delicious fruit since my childhood. In Bihar, Jharkhand, parts of UP WB and Uttarakhand this fruit has special significance attached to Chhath Puja ( Sun God ) which is celebrated every year 6 days after Diwali ( around October last or November 1st week ).

Informative video..Sitaphal is sold in plenty in hyderabad on the highways during this time of the year and i love the taste but unfortunately i get cold everytime i eat it so stopped eating it long time ago..this year i couldn't find so many sellers i dont know why
