I joined CTS Jan 16 2023.within one week I got into one project currently ik working in that project.but unfortunately there is some problem that my project is going to drop so they are decided to release the newly taken associates including me .not yet got released bt soon I'll be released from the project. My delivery date is July 10 I'm decided to take ML leave from June 15. My question is if they release me on March I'll be on the bench from March to June 15 ,during the time in bench definitely no project will take me since I'm going for ML leave. What should I do. From March to June 14 I'll be on the bench. Am i able to avail ML if I'm in bench

Yes , if you are not taking the leave prior 56 days , you need to get a fitness certificate from your Gynaec
