Hey, Rule of 72 is to figure out the time required to double your money. But, Rule of 70 is to figure out how much time will it take to reduce the value of your money to half due to inflation. Hope this clarifies.

Sir aapne wrong btaya h, Aapki calculation wrong h 72 wala rule btata h ki, 72 ko interest rate se divide krdo to jo answer aayega utne time me pese double ho jayenge. But ye wrong h. Man lo mera interest rate 120% h to mere pese 10 mahine me double ho jayenge. But AGR aapke formula k hisab se 0.6 yani ki aadhe salary me hi pese double honge, ya galat h. Dusra or example le lo man lo mera rate of interest 96% h to, mere pese double hote h approx 13 month me. But aapki calculation hisab se 72/96 = 0.75 yani ki 9 mhine me pesa double hoga. Ye wrong h
Yes you are right Man lijiye rate of interest 36% hai toh rule of 72 ke hisab se pesa 2 year mein double hota hai But But But Calculation toh aur hi kuchh dikhata hai 136x136/100 =184.96 ye to double se bahut dur hai
