So beautiful! When I studied at Manchester in 1997, my Medieval German Prof invited me to an Argyll and Bute tour - I still remember and could cry because of this land's beauty. Wish I could live there.

Lovely video, mummy wants to play with the gem stones. I like picking stones up and making them go splash in the water. xxRxx

Silva means bramble in Portuguese. I live in Portugal but pine for the auld country so thanks for the lush videos of Argyll.

Have you ever been up to Kilmartin Glen. It's in Argyll? You have to drive up past Lochgilphead. There's loads of archaeology, including the capital for the ancient kingdom of Dalriada.

Wonderful vlog ❤ and what a absolutely amazing sunset to finish on. Very impressive indeed 👌 Love walking along a beach listening to the waves and looking for interesting stones. Picked up a few very colourful one's and collected lots of small Hag stones to put line though to hang somewhere in the van. Take care and enjoy yourself 👍

Thanks, glad you enjoyed it 💙 it's hard not to pick up gorgeous stones, I try to limit myself these days or Silva would be full 🤣

@@SilvaontheRoad know what you mean, lucky I'm very picky with nice stones so only a few. Same with hag stones. Unused will be returned to the beach. Very hard watching the van weight 👌

Have you considered touring, or at least including areas where the MANY different kinds of dogs were bred in Scotland? No breed in particular (Westie), and any breed will do (Westie), especially one with a particular area associated with it (Argyll). Did you know that per capita, Scotland, has produced more dog breeds than any other country in the world?
    LOVE DOGS, LOVE SCOTLAND!!

Dogs aren't really my thing (and I'm allergic to a fair amount of them) so no it's never crossed my mind 😂 but if it's something you're interested in you should do it!
