i bought myself a stumpy in black only because of you riding the salmon machine...but i am happy it was sold out in salmon. so i have the more settled one in satin black and tuned the shit out of it till last week. i finished with a brand new fox34...to see u breaking ur bones and come back every time keeps me motivated, too ;) its like better help,but wihout the money and shit ^^ ;) keep it coming!
Jay, please set up your bike so you don’t get tire buzz. When the suspension is fully compressed, the tire should not touch the saddle or anything else. It’s essential for jumping. You can leave the air out of the shock to test.
My dropper has an annoyingly large battery and that’s what’s being buzzed. Can’t really raise the seat without it being dangerously high. Hopefully swapping it out soon-ish.

Resistance bands and consistency are your friend. Also stop what you’re doing or try lower weight if an exercise hurts 🫡 Don’t want any resets.
