      Do you take orders?, I am non technical person, and I need this for myself, if you are okay to make me one "ready to use" setup LED Matrix, I am willing to pay
      Looking Forward.... please reply me how to contact you for this order

      What about the power consumption of the 32x8 panel itself? According to AliExpress it's using 75 watts but you're only using a 15 watts power supply. Thanks in advance!

    • @PricelessToolkit
      @PricelessToolkit  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@daanvanvuuren4877 I didn't check the power consumption, but 15A seems to be odd. Approximately 30 percent of LEDs are lit at the same time and not at full brightness. Of course, if you turn on all LEDs, "RGB" it can and will consume more. For this project, I do not think it makes sense to put a more powerful power supply than 5 amps.

    I will never understand why something like the LaMetric is so expensive at ~250€, while the components themselves are less than 30-50 depending where you order. Of course software costs too, but for what they offer it's a joke tbh...
    I love this project and might just build my own this way! I love that I can control everything on it this way :)

    • @PricelessToolkit
      @PricelessToolkit  ปีที่แล้ว

      HI, if you will not turn on all LEDs at 100 percent brightness, 5v 2-3.5 amp is enught. Wiring diagram "Connection Diagram.jpg" is ok.

    Hi from LA! Thanks so much for making this video! About how much did it cost for you to 3D print the case you and grid ?

    • @PricelessToolkit
      @PricelessToolkit  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      yes, I printed the case and the grid in 2 parts and then glued them together. I don't remember the cost for all, but for now, it is not worth all the hassle, you can buy a ready-made device not that expensive (DIY cost + 20$).

    I followed all the steps. Flash is successful. However, when I connect to the web interface (IP of the ESP device), it appears as "Connectionm: Ooffline". I can't access anywhere in the Dashboard or other selections. I did the experiments with 2 d1 mini and 2 Nodemcu. The result is the same.
    I'm open to your advice.

    Hi, I have Awtrix with wemos D1 but hate the fact I need to keep my pc on all the time as host (I know I have to get a raspberry)
    Can I use this project as stand along clock without the need to keep on the pc as a host?

    • @PricelessToolkit
      @PricelessToolkit  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi, 1) Don't buy raspberry pi, instead, get a Small form factor pc like HP T620 - 45-50 euro 2) Try shutting down your computer and check, if Awtrix have wifi connection, in theory, it will work "I didn't check so I don't know"
