Absolutely correct way,,,they cleaned the hole several times and blew out all the remaining dust. And they put in enough epoxy so that some excess got pushed out as the rod was inserted, just wipe away the excess. Only thing they forgot to show was wiping down the threaded rod with acetone to remove any oil or dirt. The epoxy rod bond will be just as strong as a J-hook rod.
