  • I’ve always wondered how much the pouring order of your colors matters when creating dragonskin crackled resin coasters. In this video, I try four different pouring orders using mica, pigment paste, acrylic ink, and tint. The results are super cool!

Great experiment and those colours 😍 just absolutely gorgeous. Teal and dark turquoise with gold or copper are my faves. Very interesting outcome too. Oh and fear not, I forgot what you used after round 2 😆. But I'm at an age where I think I can blame it on that so that's what I'm gonna do lol.

Love me some resin experiments! And I love your channel! Thank you!! You sound like you come from the same neck of the woods as me. I was born and raised in Michigan. Forgot to say how pretty these are! I think my favorite was the square one.

About how long do you let your resin sit before you start pouring, including color mix time?

I don’t usually let it sit on purpose. Mix time is usually 5-20 minutes depending on how much I’m mixing and how many colors I’m using. 99% of the time I pour right after mixing.
