- I’ve always wondered how much the pouring order of your colors matters when creating dragonskin crackled resin coasters. In this video, I try four different pouring orders using mica, pigment paste, acrylic ink, and tint. The results are super cool!
Supplies used:
Naked Fusion Artist’s Resin: nakedfusionres...
Mixol Copper: www.bearwood.c...
PearlEx Hot Copper mica: www.dickblick....
Liquitex Turquoise Deep acrylic ink: www.dickblick....
Just Resin Blue Diamond paste: artisttilldeat...
I find your videos extremely helpful and full of great information.
My daughter (11) says that it is amazing art full of colours and inspiration.
Tell her thank you for me!
Copper is my new favourite metallic!
It’s my favorite!
My favorite is the square one 😍 I love your dragon videos... thank you so much ❤
Great experiment and those colours 😍 just absolutely gorgeous. Teal and dark turquoise with gold or copper are my faves. Very interesting outcome too. Oh and fear not, I forgot what you used after round 2 😆. But I'm at an age where I think I can blame it on that so that's what I'm gonna do lol.
😂
This is amazing 🌹🌹
Thanks for sharing ,love them all but the square one will be my favourite ❤❤❤
Love me some resin experiments! And I love your channel! Thank you!! You sound like you come from the same neck of the woods as me. I was born and raised in Michigan. Forgot to say how pretty these are! I think my favorite was the square one.
Born in Wisconsin and living south of Chicago now! Thanks for all the kind words 💞 so glad you’re enjoying my channel.
About how long do you let your resin sit before you start pouring, including color mix time?
I don’t usually let it sit on purpose. Mix time is usually 5-20 minutes depending on how much I’m mixing and how many colors I’m using. 99% of the time I pour right after mixing.
