I'm in my 30s now. At some point in my 20s I fell in love with sunflowers!!!! My husband surprised me with some today. I was shocked and then started crying happy tears
I'm in my 20s and falling in love with Sunflowers more and more every passing day. They just make my soul happy for some reason my friends says this is happening because you are a summer born.. Idk how accurate that information is but I can see my future self in you❤
Cut horizontal. Cut the lower leaves. Pour hot water in the glass container. Put the flower. Support the head with paper. And now im waiting for 2 hours. Hope it works!

Thank you for the tip of not using plant food I just assumed all flowers wanted plant food I'll empty the vase and re fill Thank you 😊!!
I followed the tutorial, boiling water. Pour the boil into the glass container right away. And put the sunflower. You can see the different within 15 minutes!
Great video, I am excited for my sunflowers 🌻 So, do they need fertilizer? I can’t seem to find a clear answer on what, when or if they need anything besides water. Seems weird that they wouldn’t need some kind of food to grow.😕
My sunflowers face East and north, ironically. My main patio faces north and we can’t see any of the faces. We have to sit ate another patio that is out in the north east corner to see them growing in the garden. Not sure if this is normal or an anomaly... but that’s my experience in the Sonoran desert.
Why does, when sunflowers arrived the leaves is so fresh and healthy but after put into the vase of water, the leaves started dropping and wilted, is that normal?
Interestingly, many flowers leaves do deteriorate before the actual flower including Viburnum berries. If you want to avoid this, you can remove all of the leaves before placing into the vase!
hiiii! im doing this the night before i need them. do you recommend i change the water tomorrow morning ? i need them tomorrow mid afternoon. thank youuu!
Thank you for watching our video. Unfortunately, we only sell the cut flowers available to purchase on our website www.trianglenursery.co.uk and not the seeds. You can purchase generic sunflower seeds from a local garden centre or online. I hope this helps

Do you have to let the water cool down first before pouring it into the vase or right after you boil it??
Did u ever get clarification? I think she said put them right into the boiling water, right?
There’s still condensation on the inside, so it must be hot water!
