- Ah the handstand. It looks so easy, but for some people (including me!) it is very challenging. In this video I challenge strangers in Fort Lauderdale, Florida to show me their best handstand. Competitors win $10 for every second they can hold one!

Have to say... My wife, Nicole, and I are not into any social media so we had never heard of Nick and this channel. But we happened to meet Nick at this challenge and really appreciate what he is doing for fitness. My wife and I work out almost daily, but we don't practice handstands and it showed. But Nick made it fun and reignited the determination in our workouts. "Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity." That is one of the best quotes of all time. As someone who can hold a handstand, strength doesn’t have a lot to do with it as long as you’re decently in shape/not fat. You would probably do a lot worse than you think.

The longest i have held a handstand for is 67 seconds and I thought i had the record or was close to it but seeing the record is actually 17 minutes had me in shock lol.

Right now before I started watching this I was trying so many times to do a handstand and I’m still practicing by myself and with TH-cam videos.
This is the one event of yours I have never really tried and kind of afraid to lol. I always wanted to learn, maybe ill try on a wall some day but gymnastics was never my forte. This would be the one I sit out on.
