I got one a balanced version of the Proton Series 2 one piece bats. It swung heavier than my bats with half to 3/4 oz ELs and confirmed on testing. Emailed the company multiple times and they never responded. Ended up selling it and called it a day for Proton. I suspect they probably had manufacturing/assembling issues as a few people have confirmed weighting issues.
I had almost pulled the trigger on a Genesis, but the not hitting it in the cooler weather made me not buy one. Also, the paint seems too. I wish you all would have done a review on the Onyx bats. The Frist Born 2.0, Toys for Kids as well as the new Momentum. I hope you get get your hands on some of those as I would really like to know your opinion.
@@jameswebster4840I’ve hit the Genesis Candy Cane and First Born 2.0 side by side. They could both hit the ball pretty close to the same distance. The Genesis had a noticeably larger sweet spot in my opinion. First Born 2.0 starts out stiff. I sold the 2.0 and kept the Genesis.

Hey you got a pic of the usa/asa proton but i know you said proton series 2 so I knew what model your referring too
what USSSA bat would you recommend for a 52/300 ball?
Great job. Are you going to do a Usa/Asa Top five?
Oops. Sorry didn’t see you Gib.
Which louisville do you think is the best ?
I got new tantrum 1 piece in the wrapper just waiting for first practice
Think you will love it.
What pitching machine is that and also what net anyone know where I can find this setup?
Random question, but what kind of pitching machine do you guys use in these videos?
@@javenrocha30 it’s the blue flame pitching machine by Louisville Slugger
My 2 piece Tantrum is absolute 🔥🔥🔥
Did y'all ever get a chance to swing the new Suncoast 240's? I've sworn by the genesis line but got the 12inch Suncoast recently and I am LOVING it.
No sir they wanted us to sign a contract to hit their bats for reviews. We decided against that.
@@FatGuyBP Yeah that fits . Bummer that theyre being pretty scummy - Im a fan of the bat.Was the contract asking for only positive reviews?
Miken M1 Pro easily should be on this list 100%
@@marcushuffman5262 it wasn’t out yet when we did this top 5
Thank you for this but did you like any wood bats? We have like a 230 fence
Can you swing a Corndog ?
@FatGuyBP ive thought about the corndog. Do you guys have a review on it
@@jacobsteele6738 no not yet but I have one
Baum bat > all for wood.
I also have a steel pressed maple mlb bat and it cranks 52’s 92 mph and 330+
Wonderful work, but would be the top 5 USSSA using only Classic plus?
How do anarchy bats compare to the Louisville?
Completely different feeling. They all have to perform under 120 BPF . Anarchy is a softer barrel and slugger is crisper / stiffer feel
I need a good bat for .44/400 balls. My DeMarini is not doing it. Ordered genesis. But need one more option. Will tantrum work ?
Tantrum’s are great but there’s a lot of other good stuff out there
Love the review. Do you film on GoPro ?
Just my phone
Did you try any Anarchy bats?
Yeah a few
@@FatGuyBP did they just not pass compression or what didn't you like?
@@AndrewK80 the ones I swung didnt edge out my top 5

We were supposed to get one but it never happened. Hopefully we can get our hands on the momentum.
I saw another group hitting with the Momentum and they said it's right there on top with any other USSSA bat.
@@jameswebster4840 yeah I’ve heard great things.
The only reason I didn't get it as a pre-order was that there is no warranty on the bat.

I sold the 2.0 and kept the Genesis.
Any Juno?
How about senior bats?
Where did the Easton POP make it on your list?
We didn’t get a chance to swing that one
Why is the proton showen an asa batt on a utrip best of
It was a simple mistake. Sorry
I havent played n years. R they still shaving the bats? Jc.
Yeah they still are
@@FatGuyBP ok. Haha. Man ive never heard of these bats but i aint played utrip in 10 years. We all swung jeff hall and connells.
@@MakingItHappenMWC yeah a lot of new guys out there now.
@@FatGuyBP oh for sure. Always gonna be replaced by younger guys. Aint no way id play ss with these dudes hitting like this
Got a crummy bat, I mean Asa/USA bat top 5 coming out?
😂 in the works
Do you guys know of anyone out there that does demos on fast pitch softball bats?
Not that I’m aware of
@@FatGuyBP Okay. Thanks so much for the quick response. Keep pumping out these awesome informative videos. You guys rock. 👍
Yo Yo
Can't take this list seriously without a monsta bat. Just saying guys...
Hmmm
So Easton Tantrum...
Effortless bombs.
