Gina is a loser. she desperately wanted that finders fee check she got from putting jen in that rental house so she lied and vouched for her to get it. Thats her own fault. Shes acting like she did the girl a favor when she benefited from it. Also if she had any sense of professional social skills she would call the other agent and smooth the situation over. You can vouch as much as you want shit will happen when it comes to other people paying their bills.

As a newbie ro RHOC, I kinda liked Gina last season and felt bad for her how Shannon was talking about her kids, etc. But it's wild to me how Gina is now doing the same to Jen. I felt so bad for Jen, kicking her when she is down. Urgh! Vile

I think Gina and Emily slipped through the cracks and lesser of two-three evils with Bronwyn being problematic, Elizabeth being crazy and Kelly being annoyingly obnoxious.

Gina is doing A LOT. I think she is being very judgmental for someone who was just in that place (she is kind of pulling a Shannon with the DUI situation). I think that Gina did not do her due diligence, that’s just best practice and standard operating procedures as a realtor. I think the way Gina is putting one of her client’s business on front street is doing more damage to her reputation than Jen getting evicted is. Also Gina is blaming Jenn because she probably wanted the guy who is renting Jenn the house to be a future client, but it was her own error of not doing a credit check that got her in this situation and likely the client being pissed at her. The way she is acting I would not want her to be my realtor, which is likely why she didn’t get this new deal!

You're right. Gina's on the lease. They had to run her credit , and her father had to pay the rent if he co- signed, so how is Gina out of money.!? Who cares if Jenn had her hair done and new clothes. Gina is not her mother.

Already commented on my love of the collaboration, but Brooke's comment on how you still need to look good despite going through financial hardship reminds me of a video I watched about being attractive as a survival strategy when you feel like you have nothing else. Like, Jen may feel like she has more pressure to keep up appearances because even her career in physical fitness is centered around lifestyle (especially for a certain class of women). It also reminds me of what Ariana and Katie said in the VPR reunion about how fans may turn on Ariana for not crying in the fetal position, as if she is not sympathetic for not falling to pieces which seems similar to not all the sudden looking poor/modest.
Yes!! People have this idea that financial hardship means you have to look destitute if anything that’s the time to really look your best!!! Gina has it twisted!!! Jenn has every right to still look her best! Gina is just angry bc she still looks bad whether she’s broke or not!!

She is so horrible. Every year she picks a "friend " and trys her best to take that person down. And they always forgive her because they are scared of her or scared they are going to be next or that she is going to do it to them again.

I think Gina came into this season on her high horse; starting a brand new career, she’s no longer the broke one in the group and got some money in the bank now. So she really thought she was gonna do her big one and saw Jenn as an easy target. I think the way she’s acting like she’s so far above Jenn is absolutely disgusting and totally agree with Brooke and the Bros that out of everyone Gina should be the most sympathetic to Jenn’s situation because she was her just a couple years ago!

"She Speaks" Podcaster did some digging and found articles about the boyfriend's ex-wife and how she is apparently unhinged and comes around making scenes and things have escalated to police being called and restraining orders being filed several ways including against Gina or her kids so that is some context that they probably left pit of the show to not provoke the crazy ex-wife.
@@TheBrookeAshley the $50,000 might be the commission Gina would have gotten for the rental IF Jenn didn't get evicted. I still can't stand Gina and agree 100% that she was so wrong about how she dragged Jenn, especially in public. Even Ryan Serhant on WWHL stuck up for Jenn and said he would never let a friend default without trying to find them some kind of solution.

Gina is so jealous that Jenn is pretty. Gina's story doesn't make sense. She said she was CCed in the emails but found out on Instagram. She said she never did a credit cheque but the dad is a cosigner which means they 100% did a credit cheque saw that Jenn couldn't make it.

I have second hand embarrassment for the way Alexis is handling herself she looks like a lunatic! Omg 100% she’s acting like a middle school pick me!! Alexis should thank Shannon for her promise ring! It was so horrible how Gina was screaming at Jenn in a cafe about paying her bills!!
Jen seems like a sweet and genuine lady but shows such a lack of judgement. People like that can be very frustrating since everyone has to sit and listen to them complain about problems they could easily fix with some basic logical thinking. It is seems like she has been sheltered all of her life with people taking care of her while she lives in the clouds - which is a shame since every person deserves to develop basic life skills. So in a way, I also feel sad for her.

Her parents are probably supporting her by helping with the kids. 5 kids are a lot to provide for and buy clothes , shoes, food etc. Maybe they can't afford to pay 24000 in back rent. That shit gonna have to go on the credit because ain't no way 😂
So, this is my first time watching OC, and I definitely feel like Gina is doing way too much and it is showing she is working overtime to keep that orange. I get pure sweetheart from Jenn and there's something about her that I just really like. But, I do feel like she is in a Catch-22 right now. Reality TV is not a place where you wanna show that you can't make ends meet and be evicted from your home, but at the same time, she needs the check from this show to at least catch up on bills. Anytime Tamra acts up, I just think, call Dorinda and have her come check her 😂.
I think Jenn’s parents paid for the back rent and that’s it. They probably also helped her with her kids expenses, but their dad is supposed to be paying for their monthly child support.
