Goedemorgen Constantinus, deze 2 instrumenten verschillen niet veel van elkaar. Vaak is de tan tan ietsje langer en loopt taps toe. En het vel van de tan tan is dunner. De rebolo wordt echt als hand-surdo gebruikt en de tan tan wordt iets drukker bespeeld, maar vanuit dezelfde basis als de rebolo. Succes!
It is not really the same, but almost the same. The tan tan is longer and most of the time has a thin skin. The rebolo has a thick skin and the rhythms are closer to the surdos.
