For those who can't finish this mission, here is a tip that should get you past it in no time - Smoke can actually shoot well, if you let him. Keep some distance away from the train so he won't keep hitting the side of the train, instead he will hit the Vagos all the time. Most of you keep driving too close to the train, that's basically why the bot can't hit shit.
