Hi, this is Flo and I watch you all the time. Love your channel. I watched the one for French Bread. 🥖 I slice my with my slicer but, I do the second one an it makes a bigger slice. Use every other one on your slicer. Thanks for sharing with us. 😊
Since I'm single it takes me a while to get through a loaf. Slice it and freeze it in a ziploc bag. French bread freezes REALLY WELL. Pop it in the toaster on defrost. Perfection.

I compared prices and reviews of several machines. I decided the KBS made the most sense for me due to the price and reviews. I would love to have a Zojirushi and compare the bread outcomes.
I just got this unit a few days ago and I made the mistake of using the French bread recipe provided in the instruction manual. Almost inedible. Having been to France and having a son who lived there 5 years this is not French bread. It has nothing to do with the shape. Authentic French bread has a very long fermentation time. Almost 4 hours. The inside of the bread is mostly bubbles and it's very crunchy. This recipe turned out more like something you get from the Walmart bakery.

take it out before the final ferment. Usually there will be about 1 hour and 45 minutes left to go on the cycle.
