Which I don't see a lot cause at the time that felt like it was gonna be the next big tournament like Genesis with how top 8 went My Top 10 goes like 10. Kagaribi 10 - Sparg0 was the best player in the world fr. 9. Smash Con 2019 - I prefer this one over Evo cause i think there were more hype sets. 8. Smash Ultimate Summit 3/5 - for 3 it was a great return to offline ( i cant choose between the two its pretty tied) and for 5 Light shouldve won that but Proto was untouchable in 2022 man 7. Double Down 2022 - Proto was untouchable, Leo was also godlike. 6. LSI - Kurama was a menace. 5. SWT - Insane sets 4. Tera 2023 - Gluto is a menace. 3. Collision 2023 - skyjay. Proof that its all about the player 😤 2. Frostbite 2020 - you know why 1. Genesis 9. I think Smash Peaked here. My fav set was Leo vs. Light 1000%

I love the mix of classics and recent tourneys. Kagaribi 10 is definitely up there with Sparg0 showing out, and Genesis 9 was legendary-Leo vs. Light was absolutely insane. I respect the tie between Summit 3 and 5, it is just so hard to pick one over the other. both had those unforgettable moments. Also I love that you said “Frostbite 2020- you know why”😂. Great list overall. If I had to mention some other tournaments. Supernova 2024 - Sonix's crazy run, Mkleo vs. Acola and Sparg0 W Tera - Gluto vs. Tweek grands ending, Hype top 4, probability the best top 4 sets of that year. Genesis 6 - Void's run, First big supermajor for the rankings being the true beginning of comptitve ult. Kongo Saga - T (Link) getting 5th, Light defending America and Tweeks sets vs. Gluto and Leo. Collision 2023 - Skyjay's run, perfect top 8 and only 3 of the top 8 seeds making it

As far as Supernova goes I had actually made the list prior to the tournament but I was just working on editing as well as putting out my Supernova prediction video and the watch party streams for the tournaments so it actually hadn’t happened yet but I probably would have put it on the list to be honest.
Around 6:00 you say that Kola upset Sparg0 to go to grand finals against MKLeo but that’s Cosmos in the footage not Kola who I’ve only ever know to play Roy.
Honestly surprised that the only Genesis here was Genesis 7. Genesis 6 was the first supermajor in Ultimate's life. Genesis 8 was hype for Gluto's losers run. Genesis 9 had some of the best sets, including MuteAce's insane run (honestly my favourite run at a tournament ever). Genesis X had Zomba's infamous victory, MkLeo losing in pools and an insane corrin ditto in top 8.
Also would have included Glitch 7. Personally, it was the first tournament that made me interested in competitive smash, and Esam vs Light was one of the best Grand Finals ever.
@@Litttlepersonhi ya the genesis series is always amazing. It is pretty hard to narrow it down to only 10 but I definitely considered genesis 8 and 9. Genesis 10 I was kinda sad however because Leo lost earlier then I hoped, and genesis 6 I just thought the characters weeee not all that hype. I am not that much a fan of picky or inkling , and these were pretty prominent characters at the time.
I think you should have put Kongo Saga. It produced the best ditto in smash ultimate history, Link getting top 8 at a super major, one of the greatest ultimate sets of all time in Shogun vs Samsora, and more!
