I'm going in with a high Arcane build, specifically because I know Miyazaki and the gang are gonna have some drop rates in the 0.005% range, so at least I might get to see some random drops. Arcane is also great because Occult has great scaling, opening up a massive amount of weapons from the non-uniques like the Crescent Moon Axe and a trusty Lordsworn Straight Sword, among other stuff I might use (let's be honest, switching every new weapon I can equip). But I've got this combo in the back pocket if some boss absolutely destroys me (well Eleonara's in the off-hand, since it's a NG character, but close).
Blasphemous claw my friend. You can get that by bernahl when he invades you at azula. You have good parry frames with blasphemous claw but only works when maliketh's sword shines golden.
Would going double seppuku lower the damage by alot or not ? I've seen people going two different routes and i don't know the difference between them. Either double seppuku or change one of them for the frost buff.
Strength arcane, but it doesn’t seem to matter. DLC turned builds on their heads. Also, Titus just did a video on how the godskin peeler isn’t the strongest weapon in its class.
try occult great stars. more damage and stuns, easier to scale(built in bleed makes occult viewable and gives scaling for raw damage). from minuses:misses good amount coz hits just forward, a lot of stamina consumption.

I tried this build and it doesn't work at all in the DLC because of the different scaling

Dual wielded scavengers curve sword is by far the best build I 2 hit Margot in ng +6
