John Cox is a really cool down to earth guy. I grew up in Deland and fished several of the same tournaments in that area on the St. Johns river. I'm actually surprised to see the picture at 3:20 where I'm holding the 8.01 lber on that same stage in the Show down on St. Johns in Astor. Thanks for the great upload!

This is the best video from the bass fishing community that I've ever seen. I didn't think I could be a bigger John Cox fan than I was before I watched. I've recently become a Carson fan. You guys are awesome and set an incredible example to our next generation. Cox and Carson shouldn't be giving the kids financial advice but man what's a little money next to a kids dreams and fantasies. Fantastic video

✊ right on! I do air conditioning and I accidentally dropped a full container of Blue PVC glue from the attic access on Brand New carpet they just put in the day before. I put a drop cloth over it all and told my helper were outa here! It was my uncle's company he forgave me eventually I was just so embarrassed lol

Check out Cox's last Elite tourney at Guntersville. He made 3 day cut but did NOT fish day 3... He was fishing MLF-BPT on Harris Chain in FL!
