Watching this video on 12/31/23 I met and interviewed Jack Greene several years ago on my radio show in Carter County Tennessee....he was a class act...and his voice stayed strong for so long.....these shows are living country music history......
These songs are bringing back a lot of memories. They are great songs. It was great to see Jim Glaser there. I'm glad that Ronnie Robbins is there to sing his dad's songs.
Bus Story. I had a friend in Nashville in the film and video production business. We were in front of the Hermitage Hotel waiting to go inside to meet up with Minnesota Fats to do a film about him. As we stood there waiting, Ronnie Milsap's bus went by. Apparently he had private gig there. In a couple of minutes it went by us again. After it made a third loop around the block without parking my buddy, Mark Tye, quipped, "Ronnie must be driving."
Wow, what a room full of talent. These people are so genuine & humble. I laughed and cried. I bet they had as much fun doing this show as everyone watching.
I love every one of these genuinely country singers I love each and everyone's stories I've watched these for hours Thank you U Tube for sharing such Country Music I grew up listening and dancing with my sister in our kitchen and I'm still listening I love the circle
wunderschön die oldis wieder mal zu sehen u hören ,einfach der Wahnsinn, was diese Sänger geleistet haben, dasss gibt es leider heutzutage nie mehr so lg aus franken
Love that sound in Don't Worry Bout Me. My son is a Luthier and a huge Marty Robbins fan. He also loves building effects pedals. He told me the story about the Amp problem. Great story.
In case anyone is wondering what a Union Gap is, it is a town next to Yakima Washington. Gary was born in Minnesota, but moved to the Yakima area when he was young, so that’s where the name came from.
This was recorded in 2010. Several have passed away since then. Jack Greene passed away March 14, 2013 at age 83 Lynn Anderson passed July 30, 2015 at age 67. Roy Clark passed away November 15, 2018 at age 85. Jim Glaser passed April 6, 2019 Jan Howard passed March 28, 2020 at age 91. Ed Bruce passed Jan. 8, 2021 at age 81 BJ Thomas passed May 29, 2021 at age 78. Dallas Frazier passed Jan. 14, 2022 at age 82.
I remember when Jim Glazer came out with “If I could only dance with You” I thought it Marty Robbins it was after Marty had passed away. Thought it was a lost recording someone had found.
This breaks my heart. I lived in Nashville for 20+ years and have seen Jeannie and Jack in person. I will for all my remaining life be their fans. We have lost so many of those beloved artists.

Love every song the way he sang it. Jack was so special.
I never saw him in person but loved him so much. Still missed. ❤
Wow. Glazer sang Marty's Woman so well. ❤
Is your show still on the air? If not is it archived on the net?
My cousin's wife claimed to be related to Jack Greene.

Watching these reunions and knowing that so many aren't with us anymore, makes me sad. 😢
The artists are SO awesome but the stories top it all!

Brings me back to my early teen years ... the songs of the heart and stories. ❤ Glaser 😮
Such wonderful beautiful music. Where has it gone thankful for country entertainers

Last thing I expected to hear was a great Fender bass story! Thank you from a Fender bassist trying to fit into an acoustic world!
Love these. Jim Glaser's sound reminds me of the Don Williams sound. It's relaxing and calm
Glaser was awesome! I remember seeing Lynn Anderson at the Eastern Idaho State Fair in I believe 1980!

He even has his daddy’s mannerisms. Omgoodness, how wonderful!

The Country Music 🎶 you hear today is more Southern Rock than Country Music 🎶. 🙂
