Just a word about the jumper attachment for the battery tender connection. Be sure about the polarity. If it is the cable that came with the battery tender, they expected you to connect this to the charger end of the wire. That means when you plug it into the bike end, the polarity is reversed. I discovered this when I was using the cable to check if my alternator was charging the battery. I was initially thrown off because my volt meter read-14v. After giving it a little thought I recognized what I stated above. God bless and ride safely.
