And plan for a journal that suits your type -don’t doubt your handwriting (it’s beautiful in any shape or form) -journaling doesn’t mean a bunch of stickers, tapes and decoration, it can be just plain black and white words -always start small, then build it up by practising -don’t force yourself to journal (it’s okay to not journal everyday) Have fun❤️

I search for pen pals through instagram. I’ll just scroll through their feed to see if they are active and to see the way they package, and if they were to accept me, I’ll do as much as them so their effort doesn’t go to waste
