Bicycle Idaho Coeur D'Alene half ironman bike route

We wanted to get some experience riding the half ironman bicycle route. The hills aren't that bad. The ability to stay aero will be challenging. We did it on road bikes.

I like your vids. Would you explain how to use Relive?

I use a Garmin watch. On my Garmin account I share my data with my Relive account. Once I have completed my workout I can create a Relive video on the Relive app. My Relive account sends me an email with the link to my video. I open the link and play the Relive video on my desktop. I make a screen recording of the video. I then copy and paste the video into my video editing software. Once its in my video editing software I can add audio, cut the video into segments or add overlays.
