Great video man! I've been watching a lot of your stuff and I really appreciate the straight-forward way to discuss running a handyman business. I am just starting to go full-time with my mine and I've got to say it can be a lot at times. I am wondering if you could offer some tips or insights into how you operate your schedule with regards to booking jobs? I have wobbled recently between booking not enough work (leaving myself more time in case something goes wrong) and over booking myself so when it rains my jobs are getting backed up. Any tips or a video on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and keep up the good work! You have a personality that I find similar to my own and is maybe not so well represented in the handyman community.
