Officiate the Perfect Wedding Ceremony with This Script (Like a Pro)

- Instead of grabbing a canned pre-written script from one of the 695,691 webpages out there, start with my full 10-part classic wedding ceremony script outline instead.
A canned script is restrictive right out of the gate. It says, “I’m not really sure what I’m doing.” When we use a wedding ceremony script outline, it communicates to our couple that we’re both flexible and structured. The process ends up being way more collaborative, and the finished ceremony ends up being way more personal.
It’s the difference between “Hey, I bought this cake. Now eat it.” and “Hey, let’s make a cake!” Or something.
Here is the ceremony script outline I start with for 100% of the weddings I officiate: the classic 10-part wedding.

Excellent Video! Excuse me for chiming in, I am interested in your opinion. Have you tried - Chiveard Unique Speech Framework (should be on google have a look)? It is a good one of a kind product for learning how to give an outstanding wedding speech without the normal expense. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my mate at very last got great success with it.

Very helpful. I'm officiating my sister's wedding next weekend and they've been almost TOO loose in what they're asking for in a ceremony, having an outline to follow is great!

I just want to say Thank you... you made my first time doing a wedding so easy and better than I thought I would do.. It was not perfectly done without out a hiccup but after watching all your videos (many times) I learned that no one knows the hiccup but me so make the best of them and keep it fun and enjoying... I just made it part of the wedding. Telling everyone that this part is where I always stumble but rest assure we will make it through this little hiccup.. and we all laugh a little... bride and groom loved it and guests said they really enjoyed the up beat relaxed feel of this wedding and thanked me .... I got 3 more weddings from this one wedding and they want the same laid back fun style wedding.... so I just want to say Thank you

I had already put together a lot of my wedding ceremony as a one-day officiant when I discovered your videos, I had even written my own questionnaire to interview the wedding couple! Even though I didn’t need more specific help from you, I found your videos to be very informative, and quite encouraging for this novice. I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate that you put all of this information out here and how kind and supportive you are to basically a community of strangers. I performed the wedding on Sunday to rave reviews from the bride and groom and family and friends, we had a wonderful time, and it was the just right thing for my very dear friends whom I officially married on Sunday. I don't normally comment, but I want to thank you for all these videos! I am officiating my best friend's wedding in a short time and have been admittedly completely terrified. I feel much more confident now and will be watching these again as we get closer to maintain that confidence.
Oh my goodness - I can not thank you enough for all your guidance!!! I officiated my niece's wedding this past weekend and there is NO WAY it would have went as smoothly as it without your help here!!! It helped me from planning ahead of time, to meeting with the couple to plan the service, to the pep talk before the ceremony (which I'm a huge believer in now!!!), through the ceremony and right through the couple walking out married. One suggestion for anyone else officiating for the first time - practice a few times a day or so before, out loud and live. Helps a lot!

I just officiated my first wedding over the weekend. It went great! I watched a ton of your videos for different pieces of advice and guidance. The wedding planner couldn’t believe it was my first wedding and the photographer couldn’t believe I wanted to actually discuss details with him. Oh! And the rehearsal was a huge help as well! The parents loved the ceremony… the couple loved it… And I just wanted to send you a quick thank you!

Obviously, I could not refuse, but as our planning meeting approached, it all became real! I expected to get adequate planning tools from the internet Ministry/Officiant license provider--but not so much. I shook off the fear and dove right into TH-cam. Thankfully I found all your tools! I am officiating my pastor's daughter's wedding this weekend because she wants her father to only be Dad that day and to walk her in.
