Yay, thanks for this Doug! Always wondered how they tasted. I’ve planted several small Pitomba seedlings from Daleys in my food forest. The little trees are tougher than I would have thought and I can’t wait to taste them. So far they’re growing really well. A few years to wait yet!
@@dougs_urbanfarm yes I was impressed with the size of the fruit too! I planted a low chill apricot a few years back but still nothing so they look like a great subtropical alternative.
Awesome 🎆! I have 2 trees going on 4years old now. They did real well through the storms and flooding. Hoping for fruits soon. How big/old is the tree?
Nice flower Doug!
Another new variety on your urban rare fruit farm! Well done mate
Haha Paul , it's Friday afternoon, was trying to get in the spirit.
@@dougs_urbanfarm it's a great feeling when you can kick back on a Friday, especially in a location such as yours 👌
Oooh I like the look of that. I need to research to see if I can grow them up here. Much love and blessings :)
I think they grow fine all the way to the tropics.

Cheers Alex, they do seem like pretty tough plants. Definitely worth growing, they are also a reasonable size fruit.
