I have a cylinder similar to yours. Same type of keyway same number pins where the some chambers are painted black. I just picked it and I wanna make a key for it. I'm trying to figure out how to bind the core, so it doesn't turn while I'm busy with the circlip in the back. I'm thinking about using a thin copper wire to go through the keyway and tie the core to the lock body.
Interesting! These painted black chambers leave me puzzled a bit, maybe that is how they mark drill protection chambers? I am not so sure if I can follow what you want to do by binding the core?
@@LockFumbler Oh I solved it in the meantime. I wanted to secure the core and prevent it from turning while removing the circlip as I didn't want to pick the lock again with the circlip off. Now that the Circlip is gone, I can safely gut it.
It sure looks a lot like this! But the key bow and the pinning is a bit off, which left me curious 🤔 It certainly picks very similar to an C73/C83 though! Thanks for watching and commenting! 👋
Fantastic pins, no wonder it have you a fight. None the less there was going to be one winner. 🎉
It just looks basic but with hidden secrets.
Yeah, they are pretty good and the bitting was a good challenge on top. Thanks for watching and commenting 👋
Excellent work
Thanks 🙏

@wolfganggrojcig2528 ah ok, now I get what you mean 👍 happened a couple of times to me 🙈🙈🤣
