Hey! I might not be an expert and may it was fixed later but during the video I feel the mechanic overtightened the chain.. there should be 20 mm play in the chain.. this simply reduces the life of chain..

spark plug of SF250 & Vstrom is NGK MR8E-9 model and The Iridium plug equivalent to this is CR8EIX-9.
The one you have replaced is for Gixxer 155 of lower cc , the 250cc requires colder plugs due higher heat range
