    He plays for Rugby Club Tricastin out of France. Here we have him doing a pull workout. We have him first try and use the 30” Serious Steel Yellow band. Notice this is so hard he cannot get to full extension. Remember this guy has a 617 lbs / 280 k barbell deadlift and yet cannot fully extend this band as the starting point is so low and it measure so high once stretched. We then have him use the Elite which is 41” and the Mega Band. Again he finds out wow this is tough. We then had him do and actual rep workout with the black plus Lt grey paraforce. He was already so tired from the max lifts he just did he was exhausted.
    Bent Row was just the Lt grey because I knew that by this point it was not going to be his strength but his stamina from constant tension which is not used during strength training that was going to kill him. Forced him to get some diminishing range reps.
    By this point he said this was harder than a match and it is easier to hit other players than it is to do constant tension to failure.
    We finished with drag Curls and Calf Raises. He is amazed at how much power can be done with the bands.
