LEMON 🍋 POUND CAKE🍰♥️♥️♥️

Fluffy ,light and tangy with lemon flavour. Favorite cake for tea time and coffee ☕️ shop.
Ingredients
1. 110g butter 🧈 ( Prefer soft butter 🧈 room temperature. )
2. 90g Cake flour or All purpose flour is ok.
3. 20g Corn starch.
4. 2 eggs room temperature.
5. 70g sugar. ( add more if you prefer more sweet. )
6. Pinch of salt.
7. 30g plain yoghurt OR 30g milk is ok.
8. One lemon 🍋.
9. 5g Baking powder.
Mold size 23cm. Grease the mold with some butter.
Preheated Oven 170 degrees for 50-65 minutes.
