Very well done my friend. Enjoyed the video. I'm wanting to do it more like Uncle Julio's restaurants because I've traveled the globe over and over, and no one make salsa like they do... :)
You're not the first who follows that mentality and you can make a great salsa in other way but trust me here, I wouldn't steer you wrong. I guarantee if you try this, you'll be convinced
I am with Chris you lost me with the honey also. Guy you are adding jalapeños it is supposed to be spicy. Adding honey will cut the heat. That is not Mexican salsa. Sorry but no!
Extreme Food Reviews you guarantee? How do you KNOW everyone’s taste buds and things they like and dislike like me I dislike you and this garbage of a sauce you just made
Some people want to feel the heat but not suffer, adding honey to spicy foods opens them up to a wider demographic(which this this supposed to be resturant style salse not 5% of people who love death heat salsa), and if you are threatening your mouth with the spice, you are also fcking up your digestive system. Take it from a semi-adult that had learned moderation after a youth filled with reapers and scorpions.
Don’t throw away the seed cluster! Put seeds on a paper towel let dry then plant in yard for next year! I got a dozen peppers in my kitchen right now from picking out of my garden from that seed cluster
I love the combination of veggies he has in this. If I was to make it, I'd substitute the bell pepper for poblano, I would put those along with the garlic in the pan with the tomatoes roasting all of them together. As for the rest, I'm leaving out honey.
Right on. Old school. my great grandma cooked like this and I find myself, no matter the recipe, doin the same. Keep rocking homie. I know it ain't much but you got yourself another subscriber.
Then he should state its his way instead of calling it something its not and disrespecting the hard work and tradition that goes into authentic mexican salsa.
Your ingredients are make alot of sense!! I was struck with jalepeno' , didn't think about alternative peppers. and some hints of sugar was great source to make the taste more balance. Thank you
I did a recipe with just 2 Thai chilis and nobody would eat the meal because they all said it was unbearably hot !!! Your salsa must be lethal ! I will try it, but with less Thai chiles...we are wimps !!!
I had an onion, some old saggy roma tomatoes, and cilantro. I used powdered garlic, pepper, I had to skip on fresh peppers so I used some dried chili peppers I had w/ seeds. It still turned out amazing. Thanks for the recipe!
Looks amazing! I like the way your educating people about what flavours we should be looking for. I will make this for my family. Thanks for sharing the recipe 👍
I found your recipe yesterday I went to buy all the ingredients I can’t find them Thai peppers anywhere I went to four different stores can they be substituted with anything?
Seriously amazing. When the weather turns here I'm going to try some of your tips and see if we can't get a few decent plants producing this season Any recommendations for a pepper that might do well in the New England outdoors?
I would think that anything that does well in MN would do well in New England. So that's pretty much all varieties. Maybe start out with jalapenos or serranos because you can get the plants at any nursery.
I definitely didn't polish off that entire bottle by myself before this video went live. I don't know where you heard that or why you're repeating such a falsehood.
I tried reading up on a restaurant style salsa, and I botched it up somehow. I watch this video and since I can visually see the instructions I made a damn good salsa, thanks man :)

Nah, I'll pass. This was bad enough. I dont want to see how you abuse Habaneros.
Ask for your money back from the school you went for culinary training!!!

Excellent Salsa Recipe! Skipped the honey and sugar and it turned out Awesome! Thank you!
MY Dad and I did this recipe without honey or bell pepper, with fresh chilis and tomatos from the garden, and it did come out tasty. Good stuff!
Professionally made video.
Great recipe. Chillis, peppers and tomatoes from my garden. Regards from England
Although it's probably delicious, in no way is that authentic Mexican salsa. Bell peppers??? Sugar and honey??? 😖😖😖

Pro tip!
Not with green bells. If you can germinate green bell seeds you are doing something very special.
That is ingenious...
Great video. Succinct, easy to follow, enjoyable to watch. Subscribed!!!!

Fantastic I'm a fan

There are no rules for cooking... lts his way ... so relax guys
Then he should state its his way instead of calling it something its not and disrespecting the hard work and tradition that goes into authentic mexican salsa.
Looking forward to trying this recipe. I’m curious, why didn’t you broil the vegetables as well? Did sautéing provide a smoother texture? Thanks!

Some folks screamed at me for adding it but trust me, it's killer.
Sugar well make almost anything great. Especially processed sugar. Lol Not needed though for a great salsa.
