Liking what I see! only thing I would change is to pull the heels back further and clean up that frog more. Her frogs are quite atrophied and thrush'y looking. a good soaking in cleantrax after debridement and then dry well and get some frog support in there. it's the old adage of use it or lose it. for PlR shoes to be the most effective they need to be in the correct position and based on frog shape and length combined with where the heels are they need to be backed up to correct the forward running of the heels and toe by default. pull the heels back even if they end up being too low as you can wedge them back to a proper HPA. Get the digital cushion doing its job and the caudal heel pain should start to resolve. if you really want to get wild look into the polysteel natural balance shoe. they protect the foot while allowing for natural flex which will help build the digital cushion. one note about cleantrax is that it does take awhile 30-40 m soak to do the soak and it does need to be done with the shoes off as it will react with the metal in the shoe. It is very much worth the time it takes to do the soak as it is very effective at killing the nasties that cause thrush.
