    Have to share this, I mostly listen to this while commuting in my car. Now, you do some background low frequency music/noise in your videos.
    I changed my tyres on the weekend, and while on the speedway, I got paranoid about that sound - is it that one front tyre?
    Turns out this was solved by turning off sound. Boy, that freaked me out!
    Great video, as usual! Love the idea, your passion and the effort!

    • @BUNKER6
      @BUNKER6  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Ah sorry to hear that but glad everything is okay! I just had to change my tires. Damn I always forget how expensive a new set of shoes for a car is. The music has a weird quality to it as I stretch normal songs out by a hell of a lot which depending on the sound can cause strange metallic and at times whistling effects. Hopefully I’ll start putting actual orchestral music in the back ground soon! Thanks for watching the shows!

      @MrZauberelefant 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@BUNKER6 i had a good laugh once I realized I could switch my situation from "potentially life threatening" to "normal" by hitting the pause button.
      It's just a very subtle background noise in that video, unsettling, so probably good, but not recommended if you tinkered with machinery...

    Apparently there are "acid-etching" primers for metal minis that get a better stick on the metal by slightly eating into it. ran into it once when looking up hobby vids on youtube.

    • @BUNKER6
      @BUNKER6  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes indeed. Etching primers are great but I am not sure if you can get them for airbrushes. You can get etching primer with Rattle cans of course. But you run the risk of losing detail with a rattle can. A good varnish can hold everything in place pretty well too if etching primer is out of the question.

    The tinbotz and Rockets (Pulsa Rokits) are from 2nd Ed. Tinbotz I believe are mean’t to be the Ork equivalent of Imperial Robots, and Pulsa Rokits are well … super Orky have special rules, something about the warp and they can push stuff around

    • @BUNKER6

    I'm looking forward to seeing the boyz get painted proppa greenz.
    Orks were my first, and still greatest, love in the 40K universe. In fact, they were what get me into early 2. edition 40K. How can you not love all the goofy silliness?
    Sadly, they never seemed to work quite as well for me in Armageddon as they had done in Titan Legions.

    • @BUNKER6
      @BUNKER6  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Great comment Allan! Armageddon seems wildly different from the earlier editions for sure. Thankfully I’m too dumb to learn the rules to any of the games. But I can paint! So I will indeed get some painting done for the boyz very soon! Hope you like what’s to come!

      @@BUNKER6 Yeah... Epic 40.000 and Epic Armageddon were very different games compared to Epic Space Marine / Titan Legions.
      Sadly, they seem to have been too different... Or perhaps it was the lack of support from Games Workshop... But Epic 40.000 strikes me as the moment where Epic started slowly dying. Too bad really, because it was a very elegant system. Possibly the most elegant system Games Workshop has ever made... It had the right level of abstraction for a 6 mm mass-combat game. But then again... Ironically that seemed to be what killed it. It was so abstract that you didn't really feel you were playing in the 40K universe any more. All the flavour that had been there before was gone.
      Oh well... It is what it is... Thankfully 3D printing has now allowed us to start rebuilding the old armies. And in proper 6 mm scale this time. And there are multiple versions of the rules being kept alive by the fans.
      Now... If only it wasn't so difficult to find players...

    • @BUNKER6
      @BUNKER6  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Very interesting. I’ve never played a game personally. I just collect the miniatures. But your story sounds familiar. I’ve read similar overviews and it is sad. But I agree that thankfully fans have really kept the gaming side of things alive (Net Epic). Here’s hoping they bring out a range that matches the new adeptus titanicus scale. That would be fun.

    • @BrickworksDK
      @BrickworksDK 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@BUNKER6 It would be nice to see some official support from Games Workshop, but sadly I doubt it will ever happen. Considering the extremely slow release schedule for Specialist Games, it seems to me that Forge World simply don't have the capacity to support a full game. Would be cool though...
      As for scale... Weeeeeelllll... There's a can o' worms... The official models are all over the place, from close to true-scale for 6 mm to something closer to 3 mm. Ironically, the new Titanicus titans are actually pretty close to true-scale for 6 mm, yet they look so incredibly big because we're used to seeing the old titans (which were badly out of scale).

    • @BUNKER6
      @BUNKER6  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Oh I’ve ruffled a few feathers before about scale. It’s a joke how all over the place it is. Epic scale feels more like choose your own adventure at some points. Imperator Titan is the biggest one for me. I wish is was actually to scale. It would have to be as big as a full scale forgeworld Titan to get even slightly close to the scale of the Titan legions Box art

      Sorry doing things over text is hard to read people’s emotions behind their responses. I genuinely didn’t take it as a criticism. I had the Epic Collector page open the whole time I was working on the video to make sure I didn’t make too many mistakes. I think they list everything? Not entirely sure. I will make videos of painting every model that were not included in this video though for sure. I think I ordered about 10 - 15 additional tanks :)

      I agree I did split up the previous video into two parts. I just felt I was only going to present this army once so I don’t need to make this video again. I also had the feeling like it may look like I was milking my content especially as it was not painting related or anything. But I feel you. This video is a slog for sure. It was brutal putting it together but it’s done and we can move into more interesting manageable sized content for sure. I always have a habit of overstaying my welcome ;)
