They nerfed subs. The changes has made them very easy to kill now. Also there are other cruisers that have sub radar. They also have been doing this 'early access' before subs came out.
Other than the Russian sub, alt torp damage is very short range and some don't even have any. As for maneuverability, they only buffed the turning circle, since it's now way too easy to depth charge them. Also there is no buff to the alt-torp damage.
This game has turned into nothing but one gimmick after another, plus they are very good at hiding or misleading everyone.
Why? Because they want the money from the players who hate subs. And there are plenty.

@@bloodlustknight1152 THey buffed their manoeuvrability and increased the alt-torp damage by 15%. Most people would call that a buff.
