First of all, dust mites thrive in a warm and humid environment. When the indoor temperature reaches 25 degrees and the humidity reaches 55%-75%, it is the most optimum environment for dust mites to breed. (i am not talking about dust mites or dust mite poop, only dust)
I honestly have the same issue as you, do you struggle to get a normal nights sleep literally every day due to waking up multiple times in the night?
@@MB.VII098 I had to buy expensive anti mite covers for mattress , pillow and quilt , it was like 1000 dollars , plus i bought allergy friendly quilt and pillow , also expensive , and i have a air purifier machine in the room , i noticed that whatever i do , the bed sheets always have tons of dust... so i removed them completely and just sleep in the anti mite white once , they don't collect dust , and i had to order silk bedsheets cus i heard they don't collect dust as much as others so i am going to try them out , but for now i removed totally the dust collecting sheets, and i think the source of the problem is the DRYER machine , and the dust filter in there always to full without washing it so its spreading dust on to my newly washed and dried clothes and sheets , so they are full of dust taking them out of the dryer... so now i clean the filter with water every time i wash , and i beat my quilt and sheets every day outside to remove dust, made it much better....u need to clean walls , ceilings and vacuum alot and clean dust in bedroom , remove all things that collect dust, and if that dont help ask doctor for dust allergy medecines.
@@Revelation13-8 Oh fair enough i'd probably try and get all those anti allergy materials but I dont have the funds to spend £1000 and the nasal spray I have doesnt help much. So im kind of stuck on what to do
@@MB.VII098 The doctor can diagnose you if u are allergic to house dust mites , check with him
@@Revelation13-8 They already checked to see if I am allergic and I am but they only give me medication which doesnt help much
