Aside from encasing your pillows, mattress and box spring in zippered mite-proof covers, you really should do your weekly washing with DeMite Laundry Additive. DeMite has been around for many years and is commonly recommended by allergists. It will take care of the dust mite problem while letting you wash in any water temperature.
@@farhandeen6341 I usually wash my face thoroughly and then put a hot or cold compress on my eyes to reduce the swelling and I take a benadryl for my itchy nose. if none of that works I usually just go to sleep because when I wake up the itchyness is not as bad
