I can not see Randy Andy ever agree to Frogmore, that was for the kid of Charlie’s; don’t you see? How about a nice grouping of wall tents, lined of course, that Randy Andy finds his furniture and such all set up for him. Of course, his teddy bears, nicely bagged, will be included so he can re-establish positions for each as he sees fit. A photo of prior positions of all teddys will there should Randy Andy require reference.

Grateful to you for always seeking the truth. Unfortunately, Prince Andrew still sees himself as second in line to the throne. I really dislike his sense of entitlement.

Andrew receives his RN Pension which is quite substantial, he cannot afford the upkeep of Royal Lodge which is why he was offered Frogmore, recently rennovated but smaller, too small for his ego and big head. As for Spare, most of that was written in spite, I am surprised that you attribute any credence to it.

    • @RoyalReviewer
      @RoyalReviewer  ปีที่แล้ว +1

Don’t misunderstand me, it’s not about believing what’s in spare it’s realising that of what the press was saying was complete fabrication he wound have denied it in the book. What he ended up doing was validating the stories or suggesting they were slightly different. Which is what I’m saying, the press might not get 100% detail but the jist is often correct, like the flower girl and tiara incidents.

I thought the Queen gave Andrew a different house when he married and Andrew sold it to take on Royal Lodge. It is my understanding that Royal Lodge was not given to Andrew directly by her. Andrew seems incredibly entitled and selfish. I also wonder why Sarah needs to be provided a home by British tax payers? Why is not seeking her own home as a divorced member of the family. Both of them are grifters in my opinion.

    • @RoyalReviewer

The video says that Andrew paid for the lease and renovation at Royal Lodge. The Queen never ‘gave’ him it. Andrew can have whomever he wants living with him it’s his lease!

If Andrew and Fergie cannot afford to the keep up of Royal Lodge, why doesn't Prince Andrew move into Adelaide cottage, and the Wales can move into Royal Lodge?
I do understand that Prince Andrew in his middle age won't want to move, but, it might be practical with all the issues that came up in the past several years that caused his status to be demoted out of the working royal family. He has no annual income as far as we know.

Being that it's just the two of them, as far as I know, he and his ex-wife Fergie. Both daughters are married and have their own homes.
I also do understand how nobody really wants to move. But being practical, is important in life. He would still be at a crown property that is protected by security. It would be much more affordable.

Hiya, RR ~ Hiya! I’m a bit STILL confused over the Royal Lodge. I read something about, it not really part of the Windsor Estate & that’s why Andrew has to pay for protection/security. And, if William & his family move in, there’ll be need for making the place secure. Why does Andrew have a 300 or is it 30 million security bill?
And, I thought the Queen left him the Lodge, in her will. Is this true? King Charles gives him a really small sum of money. Like less than he received, like hundreds of thousands less?
Could Andrew live in Kensington (sp?) Palace? Can Fergie & the girls cover him?
Thanks so much for this one!!

Sorry, although you explained things beautifully i got lost! Soooooo, if A cannot maintain the fabric of the building does he lose the right to live there?
A few years back the possible gossip/truth was that he was close to losing it due to poor maintenance but Sarah gave/loaned him money but it was only enough to do essential things.
This nugget of information be it true or false reared its head about the same time Sarah moved into the same residence as Andrew.

We do not know the full detailed terms of the lease. That has never been public. So if there is a maintenance clause then yes they could potentially start proceedings to rescind on the lease. However this would be after all attempts have been made for Andrew to make those renovations. If this were to occur he would likely be owed millions in compensation for the lease ending early.

QEII took very good financial care of her children in life so one could only suspect (because of the royal privilege) that she provided well for all of her children in her will. Most especially Prince Andrew. It is interesting that KC3 has all of the private property of both his mother and grandmother, has no public provisions for 1 of his sons and has a Queen that has 2 children with her first husband. I think that situation and it's legally consequences are far more consequential than the 75 year lease that Prince Andrew has on his lodge that is ultimately part of the Crown Estate. Speak what happens to Sandringham, Balmoral and the Queen mother's former personal property if KC3 proceeds Queen Camilla in death!

The Queen didn’t give the property to Harry and Meghan she allowed them to lease it from the Crown Estate. Initially the costs of the extensive refurbishment were paid by the Crown Estate but H and M decided voluntarily to pay back that money when they left. The initial lease ran out this year and Charles made the decision not to renew it as they were no longer living there.
