Thank you sir! Been trying to figure out how to transport 14’ rods on a 14’ v-bottom boat, when going down the road.
Never thought to break down the last third of the rod.
These 14’ rods are gonna take some getting used to!!

I do the same thing with breaking down the rod's. For me keeps from breaking the tips. Good luck at Reelfoot 👍.
